Online Family Workshop

Join us for our Washington State Hands & Voices Online Workshop Series, Honoring our Parenting Journey: Moving from Burnout to Sustainability through Regulation. Facilitated by Rosanne Carter, LMFC. There are two dates in this series: Thursday, Jan 25 7-8:30 PM Saturday, Jan 27 9-10:30 AM Attend one or both online workshops. Each will be different. We understand the unique challenges of parenting – advocating, learning, growing, co-regulating, all while managing multiple hats simultaneously. This interactive training integrates mindfulness, with opportunities for connection and creative expression to address parental burnout. Participants will explore risk and protective factors while embracing self-awareness and key factors of self-regulation. The workshops will emphasize the importance of connection, relationships, and the role of individual and community care in fostering resilience.
